I started working with the Clinton Foundation earlier this year. We did several months of training in Substance Use Disorder plaguing this nation. I organized a training event at my church along with two of my colleagues from the Clinton Foundation, Rev. Arthur Hunt and Rev. Frank Timmons. We had one of the most respected trainers to come to the event. We opened it up to the entire community with a free meal, free training, and free Narcan.

Narcan can reverse an opioid overdoes immediately by blocking it from the receptors in the brain. We will keep two doses at the church in our AED/First Aid box. This is a problem affecting our nation, our state, our community, our churches, and our families.
