We had an informative talk from the Lonoke County CASA representatives, my Aunt and Uncle. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. They have been a part of this program for the last five years. “CASA volunteers are ordinary people who do extraordinary things for our community’s most vulnerable children. The volunteers offer a consistent and caring adult presence in the lives of the children they serve.” You can help by volunteering, donating and spreading the word. If you are interested in helping you can contact Pulaski County CASA at 501-340-6741 or join my family at Lonoke County 501-676-6533 (Baily Moses). We all have gifts. If your gift is helping kids, here is a great opportunity to put it into action.
